On Saturday, June 10, 2017, the leader of the project „Green Business Solutions” are Unity for Sustainable Development” visited the excursion on the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition „Brand of the Year – 2017” in the category „Impeccable Quality”.
It was interested to know: wether the winner conducts business on the basis of the „green economy”?
Which is located in the city of Dnipro, the modern plant AXOR INDUSTRY welcomes guests with a spacious, landscaped area, which is similarta a suburban recreation area that surrounds the complex, and where provides a complete production cycle of window and door fittings is being provided: casting, stamping, coating, collection of final products and quality control.
All production processes are automated and meet such international standards as EN, DIN and have been certified by the leading industry institute IFT Rosenheim (Germany).
Special attention should be paid to automatic presses in the areas of stamping and assembling. The robotic automatic machines for collecting basic furniture elements, basic fitting elements collecting ensure high accuracy of finished product and allow to exclude the „human factor”.
The casting shop produces the products with minimum emissions into the atmosphere. The galvanic shop has two independent lines, which allow to work simultaneously with different types of parts.
It is amazing that careful use of resources, smart waste disposal and „purification” of wastewater are the basic principle of the AXOR INDUSTRY plant.
Water which’s used in the production, passes undergoes a long and multi-stage purification process (including coagulation, flocculation and filtration) and enters the urban reservoirs in purified form, as close as possible to its original physico-chemical composition.
