Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council is a representative body of local government that represents the common interests of territorial communities of villages, towns, cities within the power defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On local government in Ukraine" and other laws and power assigned to them by village and City Councils.

Dnipropetrovsk Regional Investment Agency (DIA) was established in 2010 to support the private investment projects implementation in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
