The welcoming Nikopol was the venue for the first meeting of Business Leaders Club of the “green” economy of Ukrainian-German project of “green solutions”.
The meeting of the Club took place on July, 12 in the territory of LLC “Research and manufacturing Association “Trubostal”, whose head is Oleksandr FELDMAN. The club of companies, which united interest in ecology and resource conservation, started in Nikopol. It’s symbolic because from the city center to the Zaporizhzhya nuclear reactors across the Dnieper is less than 10 km and 30-kilometer zone around nuclear plants , as it is known, have a special ecological status in Ukraine.
Therefore, Andrii FISAK, Nikopol Mayor took part at the club meeting, because the ecological issues are at the top of his mind.
The issue of bypass road was considered at the meeting that will reduce emissions from motor vehicles, which are the mobile sources of pollution by 20%. Kateryna Osyka, Deputy Chief of the Road Service in Dnipropetrovsk region was present among the participants of the meeting.
I am sure that the professionals can reasonably persuade regional deputies to allocate UAH 1.5 mln for the design of the bypass road.
The first members of the Club following the example of LLC “Research and manufacturing Association “Trubostal” became almost all representatives of pipe sphere of Dnipropetrovsk region, which are part of the “Ukrtruboprom”: Novomoskovsk Pipe Plant (Yuriy Antipov, Board Chairman of PJSC “Interpipe NMT” and chairman of the association “Ukrtruboprom”) Dniprovskiy plant “Dniprostal” (Andrii Korotkov, Director) “Interpipe Niko Tube plant ” (Valery Karpiuk, acting Director), “Centravis Production Ukraine” (Ivan LELYK, Branch Director) and “Oscar” (Mykola Vinokurov, Director) and also the pipe institute (Radomyr Korol, Director) and LLC “Sura LTD” (Serhii Sierikov, Director).
The Club’s doors are open to new members who claim to be the leaders of the green economy.
I propose to all heads of the enterprises, who have important issues of ecology and resource conservation to become members of the Club, while this is possible.
